Company

Teknowxa Solutions
Pvt. Ltd.

An Indian company building compliance infrastructure for Indian Data Fiduciaries. We publish our architecture, our legal position and our limitations in more detail than is comfortable, because in a compliance purchase the vendor's own rigour is part of what you are buying.

Our legal position

We are a Data Processor. Nothing more, and we will not imply otherwise.

Safexa processes personal data on your documented instructions, under a contract that satisfies Section 8(2) of the Act. Under Section 8(1) you remain responsible for that processing, including for what we do on your behalf, and that responsibility cannot be contracted away to us.

We are not a Consent Manager under Section 2(g). That is a distinct, Board-registered role — accountable to the Data Principal rather than to you, required to run a consumer-facing platform, unable to read the data it brokers, and barred from simultaneously acting as a Data Processor for the same individual. Registration does not open until 13 November 2026, so no entity in India holds it today.

We say this plainly because the confusion is widespread and because the bigger-sounding claim would be worth less to you than a vendor who reads the statute carefully. If a competitor tells you they are a registered Consent Manager, ask for the registration number.

How we work

Four commitments we will put in the contract.

Your evidence outlives us

On exit you get the full journal as a signed, self-verifying export that validates without Safexa existing. A platform holding your consent evidence hostage has misunderstood what it is for.

We tell you what we cannot do

Every module page on this site names its limits. You will get the same in an evaluation. A scoping call where nothing is out of scope is a sales call, not a scoping call.

Engineers in the room

Technical evaluation happens with people who wrote the thing. Your security team should be able to ask about tenant isolation and get an answer, not a follow-up email.

Right to audit

Your internal audit and your independent data auditor under Section 10 get scoped, logged, read-only access. If we would not let your auditor look, we should not be holding it.

Get in touch

Book a walkthrough.

Tell us roughly where you are and we will come back with a session shaped around it — a technical deep-dive for your security team, a walkthrough of the obligations map with your counsel, or a working assessment of your current gaps.

Or write to us directly at safexa@teknowxa.com — a person reads it.

If you want to look at the product first, you do not have to talk to anybody. Open the live console

Bring the question your counsel and your CTO disagree about. Those are the conversations worth having before anyone signs anything.

Opens your mail app addressed to safexa@teknowxa.com. We reply from a named person, not a sequence.
