The platform

Seven modules.
One evidence spine.

Compliance fails in the joins. The discovery scan that never reaches the consent record. The withdrawal that never reaches the vendor. The breach report that cannot name a number. Safexa is one system, so the joins are not yours to build.

How it fits together

Every module writes to the same journal.

That is the architectural decision everything else follows from. A consent, a withdrawal, an erasure, a breach action — all of it lands in one append-only record, hashed and anchored, so the evidence for any obligation is assembled from one place rather than reconciled from six.

// one event, written once, visible to every module POST /v2/consent/validate → consent_records (purpose-bound, immutable) → consent_journal (append-only, hashed) → merkle batch (sealed within 60s, per tenant) → RFC 3161 anchor (external timestamp authority) → webhook fan-out (your systems + your processors) // six months later GET /v2/evidence/pack?principal=DP-8F3A2 → notice as presented, in the language served → inclusion proof + timestamp token → verifies offline, without Safexa
Deployment

What it actually takes.

Honest phasing, not a 90-day banner. The software is rarely the long pole — deciding what your purposes are, and getting downstream systems to honour a withdrawal, usually is.

PHASE 01 · days
Connect and scan

Read-only connectors into your primary stores. First discovery scan returns a real inventory and a first RoPA draft.

PHASE 02 · weeks
One purpose, end to end

A single purpose live: registered notice template, one channel, two languages, consent recorded and evidence sealing. Proves the loop before you scale it.

PHASE 03 · a quarter
Rights and processors

Request intake on every published channel, fulfilment wired to the systems Discover found, processor register and contracts in place.

PHASE 04 · ongoing
Drill and prove

Run the breach drill against the 72-hour clock. Generate a real evidence pack. Find out what breaks while it is still a rehearsal.

Anyone quoting you a fixed implementation window before seeing your estate is quoting a number, not an estimate. We will give you a phased plan after a technical session, and we will tell you which phase we think will slip.
